Серия дипломов «Пионеры космоса» приурочена к 60-летию первых космических полетов на космических кораблях «Восток» (СССР) и «Меркурий» (США):
12.04.1961 – Восток 1 – Юрий Гагарин
06-07.08.1961 – Восток 2 – Герман Титов
20.02.1962 – Меркурий-Атлас 6 – Джон Гленн
24.05.1962 – Меркурий-Атлас 7 – Малколм Скотт Карпентер
11-15.08.1962 – Восток 3 – Андриан Николаев
12-15.08.1962 – Восток 4 – Павел Попович

Заявка на диплом составляется на специальном бланке, который скачивается кликом по имени космонавта. Заявка состоит из трех блоков:
1) имя космонавта;
2) 10 цифр (дата старта, дата посадки на Землю, месяц, год);
3) 8 цифр – количество витков вокруг Земли (первые две цифры) и продолжительность полета (по две цифры: дни, часы, минуты).
Нужно выполнить условия, содержащиеся в приложении бланка заявки. Разрешается использование любых «дробных» позывных (/p, /m, /QRP и других подобных). В позывных типа country/callsign засчитывается префикс страны, откуда работала радиостанция. Разрешается использовать специальные позывные, при этом засчитывается любая цифра префикса. В позывных типа P40A, S52W, A45WH первая цифра префикса, обозначающая страну, не засчитывается. Если цифра в префиксе отсутствует (P4/K1TO, E2X, RAEM), то такой позывной засчитывается за цифру «0».
Засчитываются CW QSO, проведенные с 60-й годовщины со дня первого полета Ю. Гагарина до 60-й годовщины со дня окончания полета В. Быковского и В. Терешковой, то есть с 00.00 UT 12.04.2021 до 23.59 UT 19.06.2023. Повторные QSO разрешаются на разных диапазонах.
Одиннадцатый призовой диплом выдается без заявки при условии выполнения всех десяти дипломов.

An application for a diploma is drawn up on a special form, which can be downloaded by clicking on the name of the astronaut. The application consists of three blocks:
1) astronaut's name;
2) 10 digits (launch date, landing date, month, year);
3) 8 digits - the number of turns around the Earth (the first two digits) and the duration of the flight (two digits each: days, hours, minutes).
It is necessary to fulfill the conditions contained in the annex of the application form. Any "fractional" callsigns are allowed (/ p, / m, / QRP and others like that). In callsigns like "country/callsign", the prefix of the country from which the radio station operated is taken into account. It is allowed to use special callsigns, and any digit of the prefix is counted. In callsigns such as P40A, S52W, A45WH, the first digit of the prefix indicating the country is not counted. If there is no digit in the prefix (P4/K1TO, E2X, RAEM), then this callsign is counted as the digit "0".
CW QSOs made from the 60th anniversary of the first flight of Y. Gagarin to the 60th anniversary of the end of the flight of V. Bykovsky and V. Tereshkova, that is, from 00.00 UT on April 12, 2021 to 23.59 UT on June 19, 2023 are counted. Repeated QSOs are allowed on different bands.
The eleventh prize diploma is issued without an application, subject to the completion of all ten diplomas.
Diplomas are not included in the club's prize program. Applications should be sent to the diploma manager Sergey UX2IJ cqcw@ya.ru.
