УСЛОВИЯ ВЫПОЛНЕНИЯ ДИПЛОМов.
RULES OF AWARDs
На диплом засчитываются радиосвязи (наблюдения), проведенные с 21 сентября 2013 года – дата рождения клуба CQCW. Дипломы засчитываются в призовую программу клуба. Заявка направляется дипломному менеджеру Сергею UX2IJ cqcw@ya.ru
Программа состоит из 8 дипломов, каждый диплом имеет 3 степени. Для получения диплома необходимо провести CW QSO с разными островами мира, континентов, Российской Федерации. Требуемое количество островов указано в таблице.
Идентификация островов – согласно IOTA LIST (http://www.qrz.com/i/iota.html), а для диплома «Острова России» – согласно IOTA LIST или RRA LIST (http://www.rdxc.org/RRC/AWARDS/RRA/rra_liste.asp).
На дипломы также засчитываются антарктические острова: AN-004, 006, 007, 008, 009, 010, 012, 013, 014, 018 – за Южную Америку; AN-002, 003, 015 – за Африку; AN-005, 017 – за Океанию. В примечании заявки необходимо обязательно указать обозначение острова согласно IOTA LIST или RRA LIST. QSO в заявке располагать по континентам в порядке возрастания присвоенных островам номеров.

The program consists of 8 diplomas, each diploma has 3 degrees. Diplomas are issued for conducting CW QSO with different islands of the world, continents and the Russian Federation. The required number of islands are listed in the table.
Identification of the islands - according to IOTA LIST (http://www.qrz.com/i/iota.html), and the diploma "Islands of Russia" - according to IOTA LIST or RRA LIST (http://www.rdxc.org/RRC/AWARDS/RRA/rra_liste.asp).
On the diplomas also counted Antarctic islands: AN-004, 006, 007, 008, 009, 010, 012, 013, 014, 018 – as South America; AN-002, 003, 015 – as Africa; AN-005, 017 – as Oceania. In a footnote application is necessary to specify the designation of the island according IOTA LIST or RRA LIST. QSOs in the application should be arranged by continent in ascending order of numbers assigned to the islands.
