УСЛОВИЯ ВЫПОЛНЕНИЯ ДИПЛОМОВ
RULES OF AWARDs
В 2021 году вашему вниманию предлагается продолжение дипломной программы "Юбилеи знаменитостей". Программа состоит из 19 дипломов со сроком выполнения 11 дней и 1 диплома с годовым сроком, посвященных юбилеям всемирно известных людей - художников, писателей, ученых, композиторов, музыкантов и других.
В условиях каждого диплома приведен список стран, территорий и городов, которые засчитываются на этот диплом. Нет необходимости проводить QSO со всеми ними, нужно лишь набрать требуемое количество очков.
Для всех дипломов повторные QSO засчитываются на разных диапазонах.
Обратите внимание: если по условиям диплома указана Англия, то QSO с Шотландией, Уэльсом и другими территориями Соединенного Королевства не засчитываются; если указана Великобритания, то засчитываются все территории Соединенного Королевства и заморские территории (VP, VQ, ZB, ZC и другие).
Призовой диплом будет выдан без заявки при условии выполнения диплома "Сэмюэл Морзе - 230 лет со дня рождения" и еще не менее 17 других дипломов этой программы.

In 2020, your attention is invited to the continuation of the diploma program "Anniversaries of Celebrities". The program consists of 19 diplomas with a term of execution of 11 days and 1 diploma with a term of 1 year dedicated to the anniversaries of world famous people - artists, writers, scientists, composers, musicians and others.
Under the conditions of each diploma there is a list of countries, territories and cities that are counted for this diploma. It is not necessary to carry out QSO with all of them, you just need to score the required number of points.
For all diplomas repeated QSO is permitted to conduct on different bands.
Please note: if the terms of the diploma indicate England, then the QSO with Scotland, Wales and other territories of the United Kingdom do not count; if the Great Britain is indicated, then all United Kingdom territories and overseas territories (VP, VQ, ZB, ZC and others) are counted.
The prize diploma will be issued without an application, subject to the completion of the diploma "Samuel Morse - 230 years since the birth" and at least 17 other diplomas of this program.

He studied painting at the Royal Academy of Arts, London. The most famous paintings: The Dying Hercules, The Judgment of Jupiter, Goldfish, numerous portraits.
