RULES OF AWARDS
УСЛОВИЯ ВЫПОЛНЕНИЯ ДИПЛОМов.

   Diplomas are awarded for conducting QSOs with radio stations located in cities of the world with a population of more than 5 million and in cities of separate continents with a population of more than 1 million.
   The radio station's QTH must be confirmed by QSL, e-QSL or verified on the qrz.com server using a QTH-locator and a map. This is due to the fact that the server often indicates the address of the mailbox, not the QTH of the radio station, and during a QSO it is often not QTH that is transmitted, but an administrative unit, the name of which may coincide with the name of the capital (for example: city and state of New York).
   It is convenient to use the page https://www.hb9eyz.ch/g_locator.php to determine the location on the map using the QTH locator. A list of the largest cities in the world can be viewed at https://worldpopulationreview.com/world-cities.
   Applications for diplomas are drawn up in a form that is downloaded by clicking on the name of the diploma in the table.
   During the execution of each bronze diploma accrued 10 points, silver - 20, gold - 30, master - 50. For the scored 330, 550 and 770 points, hams are awarded the corresponding certificates. In addition, members of the club, scored 770 points, they will be awarded prizes. The account of points is diploma manager.

   Дипломы выдаются за проведение QSO с радиостанциями, находящимися в городах мира с населением более 5 млн. и в городах отдельных континентов с населением более 1 млн.
   QTH радиостанции должен быть подтвержден QSL, e-QSL или проверен на сервере qrz.com с использованием QTH-локатора и карты, так как на сервере зачастую указан адрес почтового ящика, а не QTH радиостанции, а во время проведения QSO зачастую передается не QTH, а административная единица, название которой может совпадать с названием столицы (например: город и штат Нью-Йорк).
   Для определения места на карте по QTH-локатору удобно пользоваться страницей https://www.hb9eyz.ch/g_locator.php. Список крупнейших городов мира можно посмотреть на странице https://worldpopulationreview.com/world-cities.
   Заявки на дипломы составляются по форме, которая скачивается кликом по названию диплома в таблице.
   За выполнение каждого бронзового диплома начисляется 10 очков, серебрянного - 20, золотого - 30, мастер - 50. За набранные 330, 550 и 770 очков радиолюбители награждаются соответствующими сертификатами. Кроме того, члены клуба, набравшие 770 очков, будут награждены призами. Учет набранных очков ведет дипломный менеджер.
   Засчитываются CW QSO, проведенные с 21.09.2013 г. Дипломы не засчитываются в призовую программу клуба. Заявки направлять дипломному менеджеру Сергею UX2IJ cqcw@ya.ru.
