RUSSIA & THE WORLD – CQCW diplomas are issued for QSO with regions of the Russian Federation and with countries of the world on the DXCC list in which members of the CQCW club are located.
   To fulfill the conditions of any diploma you must:
   1) make one QSO with a member of the CQCW club from this region or country (fulfillment of this requirement is not mandatory for club members who are located in this country, this region);
   2) make up the name of the administrative center of a region of Russia or the capital of a country, using any letter of the callsign suffix from this region or country. You can use any one letter, or two letters in a row and in the same order as in the name of the city. For example, in the callsign OK2OHA, 2 letters are counted to the word PRAHA.
   There are jokers that can be used to replace any one missing letter. Jokers are:
   • callsigns of club members who are located in this country, this region;
   • special callsigns (callsigns with additional numbers in the prefix, and callsigns with more than three letters in the suffix) operating from this country, this region;
   • callsigns of radio stations operating from the islands (according to the RRA and IOTA lists) of this country, this region.
   The number of jokers that can be used is limited: for a city name of no more than four letters - 1 joker, from five to eight letters - 2 jokers, from nine to twelve letters - 3 jokers, thirteen letters or more - 4 jokers.
   QSOs from September 21, 2013 are valid for diplomas. The callsigns /A, /M, /P, /digit are counted. In this case, Russian callsigns are counted for the region from which they actually operated. Callsigns like OZ/DL2SWW are counted towards the country from which they operated. The callsigns of club members who worked from another country (another region) are counted as jokers. For example 9A/S58MU counts as Croatia and is a joker. Callsigns /MM do not count. Repeated QSOs are not allowed. Diplomas are not counted in the prize program of the club.    Дипломы "РОССИЯ И МИР – CQCW" выдаются за QSO с регионами Российской Федерации и со странами мира по списку DXCC, в которых находятся члены клуба CQCW.
   Для выполнения условий любого диплома необходимо:
   1) провести одно QSO с членом клуба CQCW из этого региона или государства (выполнение этого требования не обязательно для членов клуба, находящихся в этой стране, этом регионе);

   • позывные членов клуба, находящихся в этой стране, этом регионе;
   • специальные позывные (позывные, имеющие дополнительные цифры в префиксе, и позывные, имеющие более трех букв в суффиксе), работающие из этой страны, этого региона;
   • позывные радиостанций, работавших с островов (по спискам RRA и IOTA) этой страны, этого региона.
   Количество джокеров, которые могут быть использованы, ограничено: для названия города не более чем из четырех букв – 1 джокер, от пяти до восьми букв – 2 джокера, от девяти до двенадцати букв – 3 джокера, тринадцать букв и более – 4 джокера.
   На дипломы засчитываются QSO с 21.09.2013 года. Засчитываются позывные /A, /M, /P, /цифра. При этом российские позывные засчитываются за регион, из которого они фактически работали. Позывные типа OZ/DL2SWW засчитываются за страну, из которой они работали. Позывные членов клуба, работавшие из другой страны (другого региона), засчитываются как джокер. Например 9A/S58MU засчитывается за Хорватию и является джокером. Позывные /MM не засчитываются. Повторные QSO не разрешены. Дипломы не засчитываются в призовую программу клуба.
