УСЛОВИЯ ВЫПОЛНЕНИЯ ДИПЛОМОВ

The diploma program is dedicated to the stars of world cinema of the second half of the 20th century. CW QSOs from September 21, 2013 are counted for diplomas. Repeated QSOs are counted on different bands. To make an application, you need to download its form by clicking on the name of the actor from the list below. The application consists of two blocks: 1) the first and last name of the actor, which must be typed from the first and second letters of the callsigns prefixes; 2) years of the actor's life (8 digits), which must be dialed from the digits of the callsigns prefixes. The application form indicates which countries and regions are required.
Callsigns /a, /m, /p, /mm, /am, /digit count, but they cannot be counted towards a mandatory region. Special callsigns count for a country, but cannot count for a mandatory region, any digit of the special callsign counts in the second block.
In some cases, a third block is added if the mandatory regions could not be included in the first and second ones.
In the “Notes” column, you need to indicate the QTH of those radio stations that belong to the mandatory regions.
A prize diploma is issued without an application, provided all diplomas of the program are completed.

Дипломная программа посвящена звездам мирового кино второй половины XX века. На дипломы засчитываются CW QSO с 21 сентября 2013 г. Повторные QSO засчитываются на разных диапазонах. Для составления заявки нужно скачать её форму кликом по имени актера из приведенного ниже списка. Заявка состоит из двух блоков: 1) имя и фамилия актера, которые нужно набрать из первых и вторых букв префиксов позывных; 2) годы жизни актера (8 цифр), которые нужно набрать из цифр префиксов позывных. В форме заявки указано, какие страны и регионы являются обязательными.
Засчитываются позывные /a, /m, /p, /mm, /am, /цифра, но они не могут быть засчитаны за обязательный регион. Специальные позывные засчитываются за страну, но не могут быть засчитаны за обязательный регион, во втором блоке засчитывается любая цифра специального позывного.
В некоторых случаях добавлен третий блок, если обязательные регионы не получилось включить в первый и второй.
В графе «Notes» нужно указать QTH тех радиостанций, которые относятся к обязательным регионам.
Призовой диплом выдается без заявки при условии выполнения всех дипломов программы.
