Diplomas are issued for conducting CW QSO with DX countries from each of the six continents, each country - on five bands. Definition of countries and continents - according to the DXCC list.
There is one joker that can replace one missing country once for each diploma. For South America, Africa and Oceania - this is Antarctica on five bands, for Europe, Asia and North America - these are drifting polar stations in the Arctic Ocean (RI0POL, RI42SP and others) on five bands.
All bands permitted by the applicant's license are counted.
To submit applications, fill out one of the forms, which can be downloaded from the link.
Everything else must be followed as for the WCAB diploma series.
Дипломы выдаются за проведение CW QSO с DX странами каждого из шести континентов, каждая страна - на пяти диапазонах. Определение стран и континентов - согласно списку DXCC.
Предусмотрен один джокер, который может заменить одну недостающую страну один раз для каждого диплома. Для Южной Америки, Африки и Океании - это Антарктида на пяти диапазонах, для Европы, Азии и Северной Америке - это дрейфующие полярные станции в Северном Ледовитом океане (RI0POL, RI42SP и другие) на пяти диапазонах.
Засчитываются все диапазоны, разрешенные лицензией соискателя.

В остальном соблюдаются условия дипломной серии WCAB.

WCAB (Worked with Countries on All Bands) diplomas are issued for conducting CW QSO with DX countries, each country - on five bands. Countries of own continent are not counted for diplomas. Definition of countries and continents - according to the DXCC list.
The program consists of diplomas of seven classes:
Basic - for 10 countries (total 50 QSOs);
Bronze - for 25 countries (total 125 QSOs);
Silver - for 50 countries (total 250 QSOs);
Gold - for 75 countries (total 375 QSOs);
Master - for 100 countries (total 500 QSOs);
Diamond Prize (incentive diploma) - for 101 countries (total 505 QSOs);
DX-man - for 125 countries (total 625 QSOs).
Repeated QSOs are allowed on different bands. The application is made according to the standard form. The countries in the application must be arranged in the same sequence as they are in the DXCC list. Each claimed country is indicated in the application 5 times in a row in ascending order of frequency.
QSOs from September 21, 2013 are valid for diplomas. Diplomas are not counted in the prize program of the club. It is not necessary to specify the time in the applications. Please keep the file of the last application until the end of the execution of the entire series. Applications should be sent to the diploma manager Sergey (R7OZ) cqcw@cqcw.ru
Дипломы WCAB (Работал со странами на всех диапазонах) выдаются за проведение CW QSO с DX странами, каждая страна - на пяти диапазонах. Страны собственного континента на дипломы не засчитываются. Определение стран и континентов - согласно списку DXCC.
Программа состоит из дипломов семи классов:
базовый - за 10 стран (всего 50 QSO);
бронзовый - за 25 стран (всего 125 QSO);
серябрянный - за 50 стран (всего 250 QSO);
золотой - за 75 стран (всего 375 QSO);
мастер - за 100 стран - (всего 5O0 QSO);
бриллиантовый приз (поощрительный диплом) - за 101 страну (всего 505 QSO);
DX-man - за 125 стран - (всего 625 QSO).
Повторные QSO разрешены на разных диапазонах. Заявка составляется по типовой форме. Страны в заявке должны быть расположены в той же последовательности, как они находятся в списке DXCC. Каждая заявляемая страна указывается в заявке 5 раз подряд в порядке возрастания частоты.
На дипломы засчитываются QSO с 21.09.2013 года. Дипломы не засчитываются в призовую программу клуба. Время в заявках указывать не обязательно. Пожалуйста, сохраняйте файл последней заявки до окончания выполнения всей серии. Заявки направлять дипломному менеджеру Сергею (R7OZ) cqcw@cqcw.ru
