I have been practicing on my sending,,,,,,,,,,
but I find myself getting heavy fisted and hitting hard.
I lighten things up but as I concentrate on sending, I go back to being heavy fisted and then my hand and arm get tired.
Can anyone offer any suggestions on how to correct this?
MV Joe, N0PME SlowSpeedWireGroup
REM :
I found that I was doing completely wrong.
I will be re-arranging my desk to and relocating my key.
In the future I intend to upgrade to a bug and learn how to send all over again.
Thanks again, 73 Joe

The History of Amateur Radio by Cliff KU4GW
Cliff KU4GW (652), ran across a very interesting article, “The History of Amateur Radio.”
The article can be downloaded as a 99 page pdf file at:
http://www.w5txr.net/upload/History%20of%20Ham%20Radio.pdf
This is a great article and really gives an insight into the history of our hobby.
Thanks Cliff for passing this along!
Nice Transceivers
This will be my forth year in a row using a vintage station in the ARRL Straight Key Night

CW Ringtones
A while back on the reflector several members wanted to put cw ringtones on their phones. The
web page here will give you the program to add ringtones to your Android phones. I don’t know if it
will work for Iphones. It creates a .wav file to email and save to your phone.

Hello
friends,
Received
a message from Lino - IZ0DDD, pictures of (one of (3clq)) his
sideswipers attached.
Lino
is an ex Radio Officer, he got the Russian KDM key as a present from
2 fellow R/O while his ship was docked in Cuba in the early
1970's.
2nd key is the Maniflex made by Alberto - I1QOD, Lino fell
in love with this wonderful sideswiper and made a
video:

I
invited Lino to join the fun on the air, hope he will soon show
up.
Have nice days folks, BCNU.
